I realize the last payment to RMCN was made on January 15th. Can I get a finalized report from Client Services? I forwarded him the maps I sent you for Danny the other day. He is pretty open to looking in those tiny pockets of areas where we might could utilize the USDA loans. Comfort zone for him is going to be about 90,000, dependent of course on property taxes, etc.

Since working with Joe Camacho and RMCN Credit Services my whole life has changed. Before I even knew what credit was or how important it was, my credit was bad. The reason was my father and i shared the same name and as a result a lot of the negative info that was on my credit report belonged to my father. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been denied for credit cards, auto loans, and even cell phone plans. At the age of 19 I was looking to purchase my first car, after being denied at several dealerships and banks. I went to drive time, a place where people buy cars that have no credit or have had past credit issues. I ended up getting approved with them, but at a 21.77 % interest rate on a 2002 Chevy Malibu that was listed at 14,000 with 77,000 miles on it. When it came down to it, I was paying $388 on a car that was only worth $150 a month. After about going 5 years and not being able to receive financing on anything, my co worker told me about a program with RMCN that would totally repair my credit, by removing negative or incorrect info as well as helping me build positive lines of credit. Just like anyone I was skeptical, thinking to myself this is a scam.
